Having personally bought, sold, and managed properties for years, Jason understands the needs and challenges of property owners firsthand. Before launching PMI St. Augustine, Jason built a distinguished 25-year career in Healthcare IT, where he excelled in strategic leadership, operations, and technology-driven solutions. His ability to streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive financial performance was rooted in his strong background in finance and business management. Jason holds an Accounting degree from Austin Peay State University and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, equipping him with the financial insight and leadership skills necessary to run a successful, customer-focused business.
When he’s not helping property owners grow their investments, Jason enjoys spending time with family, golfing, fishing, exploring the St. Augustine area, and staying active in the local community.

Originally from Tennessee, I spent some time in New York, where I met my husband, Jason. We eventually made our home in the St. Johns area of Jacksonville, where we embrace the laid-back, carefree lifestyle this community offers. With year-round sunshine, vibrant arts and music scenes, and the rich history of nearby St. Augustine, Jacksonville is a constant source of inspiration—and its breathtaking sunsets are a daily reminder of the beauty that surrounds us.

As the Business Development Manager for PMI St. Augustine, I specialize in helping homeowners from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine turn their properties into successful short-term rentals. With deep local roots and a passion for this region, I understand both the personal and professional value of investing in Northeast Florida.
I was born right here in Jacksonville, and no matter where life has taken me, all roads lead back to Jax. My connection to the area runs deep. I spent every summer and holiday on the banks of the St. Johns River while visiting my grandparents and great-grandparents. This is more than just a market to me, it’s home.
I currently reside in St. Augustine, a move inspired by my children's desire to attend the St. Johns County Center for the Arts (SJCCA) at St. Augustine High School, where I also have the privilege of serving as Vice President on the Board of Directors. Our family has truly fallen in love with all that St. Augustine has to offer. This charming and historic city not only provides a wonderful place to live and raise a family, but it also presents an excellent opportunity for investment property, thanks to its strong tourism and cultural appeal.
